Built by a Contractor.
For Contractors.

This isn't another tech company telling you how to run your business. Helm was built by someone who runs one.

The Story

I run a remodeling company. I was using one app for CRM, another for estimates, another for invoicing, and a spreadsheet to tie it all together. Every time a lead came in, I was copying info between three systems. Every time a job finished, I was double-checking numbers across platforms.

I got tired of it. So I built one place where I can see everything — leads, estimates, projects, invoices, and my books. All connected. No more tab-hopping. No more double-entry.

That's Helm. It's not trying to be everything for everyone. It's built for contractors who want one system that actually makes sense for how they work.

"I'm not trying to sell you software. I built something for my own company and I'm looking for 10 contractors who want to help me shape it."

Built in the Field

Every feature exists because we needed it on a real job. Not because a product manager thought it sounded good.

Simple on Purpose

Software should save you time, not create more work. If a feature needs a training video, we probably designed it wrong.

Shaped by You

We're looking for contractors who want to be part of building this. Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
